Lakegrains

Privacy policy

How we handle your data.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit the Lakegrains website and join the waitlist, how we use it, and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

Tecno-System di Paredi Enrico
VAT no. 01475910137
A. Stoppani 12/c, Canzo, Italy
Email: lakegrains@gmail.com

2. What data we collect

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use your email address to add you to the waitlist, to email you when the first pieces go on sale, and to keep you updated on the Lakegrains launch and news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Giving us your email is optional, but without it we cannot add you to the list.

4. Who we share it with

Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties for their own purposes. It may be processed by providers acting on our behalf:

The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so when you open the page your IP address is sent to Google. If any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done under appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email until you withdraw consent or remove yourself from the list, and in any case no longer than needed for the purposes above.

6. Cookies and tracking

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. It only uses the browser's local storage to remember your language. The link to our Instagram profile leads to an external site, which has its own policy.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw your consent whenever you want, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise your rights write to lakegrains@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your own country.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when the website changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
